We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products and recommend giving them a try for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. Cancellation Policy
Should you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of your purchase. Beyond this period, we might not be able to fulfill your request as your order moves into processing. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.
Returns
We cannot accept returns on products once they've been used for healthy and safety reasons. However, if our product didn't meet your expectations and you wish for a refund, please refer to the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee below. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We are confident in our Rumbaboo products and encourage you to use them for a minimum of 14 days to realize their full potential. If you find yourself unsatisfied, you may request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a refund, contact our support team through the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@rumbaboo.com. Please include your Order Number and the Name and Email Address used to place the order to expedite the process.
Damaged Items
Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. If an item arrives defective or broken, report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@rumbaboo.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess and proceed with a replacement if applicable. Note, we do not replace or refund items damaged through normal use or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim for prompt delivery, but please understand that delays outside our control, like courier issues or customs delays, are not our responsibility. Contact the courier directly for any delivery issues. We're not accountable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and not corrected within 24 hours of placing the order, resends or refunds cannot be offered.
