Once dispatched, the arrival time of your package largely depends on your location. On average it takes 7-11 days for the package to get delivered.
Be aware, peak periods and holidays might affect the carriers' delivery schedules, leading to potential delays. Also, international orders might face customs hold-ups, extending delivery times beyond our estimates.

Lost or Stolen Packages
It's disappointing when packages go missing, but once the package leaves us, it's in the courier's hands. Should your package get lost or stolen, contact us at support@rumbaboo.com. We recommend also filing a claim with the courier, and we're here to help with that process.
Please understand, Rumbaboo isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such incidents are not covered by our refund policy. However, we’re committed to assisting you and may offer a replacement based on the situation.
